  • Let the chicken rest on the rack at room temperature for 30 minutes. Continue with the remaining pieces of chicken. Remove, shaking off the excess flour, and set aside on a rack. Press the chicken into the mix to make sure it adheres all around in a thick layer. Add to the flour mixture and toss to fully coat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade one piece at a time, letting the excess drip off.
